Kerala stood first in GST Registration compared to all other states
Kerala got the highest number of
enrollments and registrations for Goods and Services Tax (GST). This
Kerala state recorded 60% registrations. As per the statistics, Kerala
state had given an outstanding performance in tax department among all
other states. The registrations are complete in all aspects including
digital signatures.
- Under Deendayal Rasoi Yojana Minister released a sum of 10 crores to implement infrastructure and provide food in subsided rate for the poor people.
- The Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh announced to provide meals for Rs. Five/- for the poor people listed in four major cities.
- The year 2017 is celebrated as Garib Kalyan March as it is the birth centenary year of Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya.
- Under this Yojana, the government released money for education, rural development, energy sector, urban development, and pension to unemployed widows.
Narendra Modi address International Yoga festival celebrated in Rishikesh, Uttarakhand. Through video conference, he said that yoga is an ancient practice to be away from stress. Yoga is not only for the healthy body but also keep away from stress. He also mentioned that Indian tradition is not only individuals cleanliness but also the surroundings.
Visitors Award for Jawaharlal Nehru University for Best Amid controversies
JNU Jawaharlal Nehru University bagged the visitor’s award for the best amid controversies universities among the universities in the country. President Pranab Mukherjee announced this award to give healthy competition to the Central universities and also to adopt best practices in all universities.

HDFC Partnered with ET money and launched Data-Led PolicyOn 27 February 2017, HDFC partnered with personal finance app ET Money and launched Data-LEd Policy. In Android play store, ET plan app is for the insurance purpose. ET money app is used for managing the personal finances.
HDFC, ICICI, and other banks charged RS.150 after four free transactions
In HDFC, ICICI, Axis bank charges 150 Rs for money transactions and money withdrawal. They mentioned that for four transactions in a month charges will not be applied. After four transactions charges are applied. This is not for atm users. This is applied to the savings account and salary account members. This change is to reduce cash transactions in the bank. For Rs. 1000 it charges Rs.5 and Rs. 150 if the transaction amount is more.

For India U-17 Football Team a new head coach Luis Norton De Matos was appointed By AIFFAll India Football Federation(AIFF) is an organization which manages Football games. AIFF appointed Portugals Luis Norton De Matos as the head coach for Football team for India U- 17 on March 1, 2017, for FIFA U-17 World cup 2017. Earlier Luis coached the Portuguese sports club Benfica. 63 years Luis appointed as new head coach after the resign of Nicolai Adam.
For UWW Kripa Bishnoi is appointed as International Match Referee
United World Wrestling(UWW) sports governing body appointed Kripa Bishnoi as International Match Referee. He is the first International Match referee who received Arjuna Award for the state of Madhya Pradesh. He trained many Bollywood actors like Amir Khan and other actors for the movie Dangal.
